چکیده
Drought stress is one of the challenges that can affect growth and quality strawberries. The present study aims to determine effect PGPR AMF on strawberry cultivar Chandler under different moisture levels. This was conducted polyhouse at Horticulture Research Center, GBPUA&T, Pantnagar, during 2021-2022 2022-23. experiment arranged in a factorial CRD design (FCRD) with three replications. included levels (100% field capacity (FC), 75% FC 50% FC) bioinoculants: control (without or AMF), PGPR, combination PGPR+AMF. results showed water significantly reduced all biochemical characteristics leaves. Plants treated either alone higher survival rate plants as compared control. numbers leaves, petiole length, chlorophyll a, b, total carotenoids were found increase treatments where bioinoculants incorporated potting media. content suggests improved photosynthetic efficiency which eventually enhanced tolerance plants. use provides ray hope for sustainable agricultural cultivation particularly regions affected by scarcity.

effect of plant growth promoting rhizobacteria (pgpr) and arbuscular mycorrhizae fungi (amf) application on distribution of zinc chemical forms in a calcareous soil with different levels of salinity
the low bioavailability of zinc (zn) is in calcareous and saline soil, therefore the study of chemical forms and bioavailability of zn in these soils is necessary to estimate the potential availability. the objective of this study was to evaluate the effect of plant growth promoting rhizobacteria and mycorrhizae fungi inoculation on the chemical forms of zn in a calcareous soil at different sal...

The aim of this study was to examine the symbiosis relationshipbetween some arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi (AMF) and Salsola laricina (Chenopodiaceae), a non-mycotrophic plant speciesand its effect on improving plant growth parameters. Initially, the development of AMF density was monitored through two parameters including evaluation of mycorrhizal colonization of plant roots and density measurem...

plant growth promoting rhizobacteria and arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi can inhanced plant growth by increasing nutrient uptake. in order to investigate the effect of pgpr and amf on some morphological parameters, macro (nitrogen, phosphorus, potassium, calcium and magnesium) and micro (iron, zinc and copper) nutrients uptake, percentage of root colonization and some morphological factors of pepp...
متن کاملPlant growth promoting Rhizobacteria (PGPR): a review
Soil microbial communities are often difficult to characterize, mainly because of their immense phenotypic and genotypic diversity. In the last ten years, a number of PGPR that have been identified has seen a great boost, mainly because the role of the rhizosphere as an ecological unit has gained importance in the functioning of the biosphere and also because mechanisms of action of PGPR have b...
متن کاملMechanisms of plant growth promoting rhizobacteria (PGPR) and mycorrhizae fungi to enhancement of plant growth under salinity stress: A review
Salinity is the major environmental factor limiting plant growth and productivity. Under salinity conditions, plant growth is affected by a number of factors such as hormonal and nutritional imbalance, ion toxicity, physiological disorders, susceptibility to diseases, etc. Plant growth under stress conditions may be enhanced by the application of microbial inoculation including plant growth pro...
